How can I pay? How does the online system work?
We accept Checks, Money Orders or Cash.
Our Credit card orders are handled by bCentral.

Your account won't be charged until the actual items have been shipped. After the amount of the purchase has been reserved on your credit card, a list of orders is sent to us by bCentral. We then ship those orders out and send a confirmation back to bCentral. Once they receive the confirmation, they will charge your account. Web orders will ship out on Thursday or Friday of the week the order was placed.

How can I get my order faster?
1. Always list alternate items or request a credit slip. Something can go out of stock.
2. Pay in US Funds.
3. If there's a problem, contact us pronto! Please realize that we keep a record of orders sent.

What is the Security policy for your shopping cart?
Security policy:
Our Online ordering and shopping basket system is provided by bcentral.com. When you click on an "Add To My Cart" link, you will be taken to the bcentral server. The bcentral server is in a secure environment. Any information you enter on the web site is entered directly into their server database under secure conditions. Please view their site for further security information.

We do not collect or store customer credit card information. Our server, where the web site is stored, does not receive any personal or credit card information. All this information is collect by and stored on the secure bcentral servers through links provided on our web site. When we process customer credit card orders, we log into the secure bcentral server to view all the orders that have been placed. Here, we are able to view a customer's name, address and credit card number. We use this information to call a credit card verification service to authenticate the information given when the order was placed. We process and ship no order unless the credit card information can be verified. We do this in order to protect our customers as well as ourselves. When we have verified the order, we will process and ship it. By processing the order, the customer information is deleted from the bcentral server. We do not copy and archive any customer information via electronic or other means. We retain hard copies of the order for record keeping, but these hard copies do not contain credit card information.
